Alright, so thank you so much for sharing your story and insight with our readers. To kick things off, can you tell us a bit about how you got started?
In November 2017 I arrived in California, the 5 years before I lived in Puerto Rico, going back further on the timeline, I traveled the world for several years, originating from The Netherlands.
When I arrived in the Oceanside, CA, I did not know the area, did not had a home, no income, no family, friends or support network. Hurricane Irma and Maria forced my family and me to leave the island of Puerto Rico and start over from scratch, somewhere new. A big challenge that I took on with lots of positivity! Looking at the bright side of things; it gave me the opportunity to do things differently and create whatever I wanted.
We pulled it off to build a new foundation for ourselves, gave birth to my 2nd child, but unfortunatly my marriage did not last. The divorce came around the corner, and again I started over from scratch. I had only myself to rely on and I focussed on creating my own business with soul purpose. Throughout the years, I have been active as a Mom of 2, Dance Instructor, Masseuse, Pranic Energy Healer, trademarked Relaxercise Yoga as a brand, Soul Realignment Practitioner and created online courses about Holistic Wellbeing.
The Covid-19 Pandemic did not stop me. I kept reinventing myself and my business. I did not sit still, it was my chance again to create whatever I wanted and using my skills with a purpose to guide others on their journey. All were very successful. However, I did not reach my ultimate goal yet of creating abundant, stable income with little work hours. There were two things that became clear to me I had to change, I had to do more inner healing to get rid of my limiting beliefs and scale my business with the help of a coach. When you want to manifest successfully, it is all about Doing the Do in the end. I signed up for a coaching program where I learned how to scale my business, and I participated in different plant ceremonies for deeper healing and expanding my consciousness. This made me successfully arrive to where I am today.
My connection with my family is healed, and I bundled all my knowledge and skills into an online powerful coaching program, where I help millennials to Break Free & Soul Align to manifest a Purposeful & Freedom based lifestyle! I coach women weekly online from all parts of the world; Israel, Holland, Canada, Hawai and the USA.
In my coaching program we focus inner healing and manifestation. Healing on the level of mind and soul. Think of blocks like limiting beliefs, low self esteem, negative thought patterns, and self sabotage. We also dive deep into discovering your fears, strengths and desires. We clear that what is needed and integrate Soul level information to fully manifest the life my clients desire.
We are in control of our own lives and what we attract into it. I stepped into my power and I use my divine gifts in meaningful work. I succeeded to create a free lifestyle, being my own boss, vining high daily, dance, sing, laugh and have abundance in money to travel and do whatever I like. Did I manage to create my dream life from scratch? Yes, I did. The good news? So can you.
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall, and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
The obstacles I ran into on my journey to where I am today where many, life is just not meant to be smooth, it is meant to be bumpy, for us to pay attention and grow into a better version of ourselves. My challenges ranged from surviving two category-5 hurricanes and losing all my belongings, to a pandemic that made my small business shut down. But also, I overcame a divorce, depression, getting sick with Covid-19 and the loss of a family member.
Every obstacle has led to something good, because I addressed it ad flipped it into something positive. It led to finding my purpose and power and becoming healthier. I have set myself free and discovered my real truth.
Thanks – so what else should our readers know about your work and what you’re currently focused on?
The main focus I have is on guiding -mostly- female millennials around the world to break free from their inner struggle and belief system that holds them back from stepping into their power and creating the dream life they envision!
I do this through an online coaching program where I have weekly 2x 2 hour group Q&A calls, the other part of the program is online with pre-recorded videos, meditations, worksheets, and theory. I am claircognizant and use my intuitive downloads throughout this process to guide people. My experience with plant medicine is a bonus for people who are on the same path.
One of my specializations is Soul Realignment work. I do this through Akashic Record readings, which reveals your Soul Profile information plus block and restrictions. It also shows karmic patterns from past lives that I will clear for them in the 5th dimension. Soul realignment offers clearing of old patterns, healing (e.g. by soul retrieval if necessary) and actual transformation in your daily life. You learn to make different choices that do not cause negative karma and transform old karma. That is very empowering and you will take this with you for the rest of your life.
In addition I create unique Manifesting Blueprints for people, which is retrieved through opening up your Akashic Records as well. The Manifesting Blueprint shows you how to vibrationally align to what you want. For some, there is a long history of trying to manifest in ways that are completely out of alignment with your Manifesting Blueprint. Be open to the possibility that how you have tried to manifest in the past is completely different than how your Soul is actually designed to manifest!
The Manifesting Blueprint helps you understand exactly how your Soul is designed to manifest all aspects of the human experience, and it is the foundation for a lot of the coaching work I do.

We’re always looking for the lessons that can be learned in any situation, including tragic ones like the Covid-19 crisis. Are there any lessons you’ve learned that you can share?
Yes, that in every challenge lays an opportunity! It made me re-evaluate and re-shape what I had built so far in my business. The more you stay positive and vibe high, the more you will achieve and can be an inspiration for others to pull themselves upon.
