Today we’d like to introduce you to Dino.
Dino, we appreciate you taking the time to share your story with us today. Where does your story begin?
My name is Dino and I go by Rhymestyle online! I’ve been making Youtube videos for over a decade now, specializing in anime based content such as Dragon Ball and Yu-Gi-Oh! One of my big things is I’ve uploaded daily for 10 years straight (and for half of that time, I was doing two videos per day minimum and edited everything myself up until about year 8 where I finally got an editor to help make the videos). Once I hit my 10 year anniversary, I finally cut back to uploading every other day.
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
The big challenge is always figuring out what you want to upload (and in my case, it was always “what will i upload tomorrow?”). Being in the YouTube space, you always have to be on your toes and upload something interesting or else people will simply just watch someone else. The best way I used to always describe uploading is by comparing it to getting assigned a big project in school, but instead of having a week or two to do it, it was every day.

I think what set me apart from others was probably my consistency. Out of my entire friend circle, and pretty much anyone else I know, I’ve had the longest upload streak. Even now as an uploader of every other day, my consistency tends to shine.
