Jean has been voted best of the Desert Hairstylist 2013, 2015 & 2017! Jean is a Certified Permanent Cosmetic Technician and a Permanent Makeup Trainer; microblading, Brow shading/ombre brows/lip blushing!

Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
Dec 3, 2020, i lost my husband, the following day dec 4, 2020 i almost die too. It was such a trauma, I have to stop working I lived in the High Desert, Victorville area and decided to move down here in San Diego to join my family and start over again. I left all my friends and loyal clients for 22 years to start over again, to be with my family! With the help of Lynda Toovey, Spa Piel owner, she welcomed me and help me start to work for her company, she was such a blessing!

I love everything about beauty! I love to help my clients to feel and look at their best! I take good care of them for anything about beauty! And the most fun part is i build a good relationship with my clients that they can always depend on me, I am always at their disposal.

Where do you see things going in the next 5-10 years?
The future for the beauty industry is very resilient as I experienced thru pandemic, with all obstacles, recessions, clienteles will always find ways to make them feel good and look good! Online beauty shopping, zooms, social media is soaring, and there is always a way as beauty experts to reinvent themselves, I see myself doing a lot of vlogging, helping people how to cope in many ways, their looks, how to shop what to shop, in other words, a lot of innovators are coming out.🙌🙌
