Hi Kraig, so excited to have you on the platform. So before we get into questions about your work-life, maybe you can bring our readers up to speed on your story and how you got to where you are today?
I’m a current professional indoor soccer player playing in my 17th season. The last 12 years I have directed a youth soccer club and played at the same time.
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
There have been a lot of ups and downs, developing the club from a small rec program to all legitimate competitive pathway.
Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
The cardiff Sockers was built and developed based on having good quality coaches who care about the players on and off the field.
What has been the most important lesson you’ve learned along your journey?
People will do what they feel is best for them, but you need to stick to your principles and do what you feel is best for the community in the club.
