Mireille is from the European fashion and beauty industry. She has been fascinated with makeup since she was a child, and has been recognized by her peers and leaders in the field as one of the finest artists in the industry today.
With over twenty years in the industry behind her, Mireille’s experience runs the gamut of makeup and hair design and application for performers, actors, models, print, and electronic media. She has earned multiple diplomas in Aesthetics, Cosmetology, Make-up Artistry, as well as advanced make-up and skincare. Early in her career, she also assisted extensively on runway shows in Paris, London, and Milan with designers such as Moschino, Armani, Christian Dior, and Thierry Mugler, to name a few. She has also worked as a make-up artist for the respected Galleries Lafayettes in Paris where she promoted prestigious companies such as Yves Saint Laurent, Estee Lauder, Orlane, Dior, and Sisley. Mireille also specializes in underwater makeup application; she was honored to be part of the nominee team at NAHA (North American Hair Styling Awards).
Destiny and opportunities brought her in Miami, Los Angeles, and Atlanta where she mainly works as a make-up and hair artist for print and electronic media. Her artistry has been featured in advertising promotions for Sue Wong, Georgio Armani, Baccarat, Wells Fargo, and dozens of others respected names. Her work has prominently appeared in numerous magazines such as world-famous Glamour, Marie- Claire, Modern Bride, Vue Z Magazine, Harper’s Bazaar, 944, Biba, and Elle. With her talent, creativity, and ability to bring the looks of the world’s fashion runways to the red carpet, Mireille has been blessed with the opportunity to work with some for the most beautiful sought-after faces in Hollywood.
Besides displaying her artistry on the faces of celebrities, Mireille’s designs frequently appear front and center at the most exclusive fashion shows in the world, including Givenchy, Armani, Rochas, Valentino, and many others. With her prominence in the field, she also often serves as a platform guest make-up artist at tradeshows, in exclusive department stores and shares her passion for hair design as a Brand Ambassador representing the amika brand.
Today, Mireille’s passion for make-up and years of experience also allow her to do what she loves most: share her knowledge in her own establishment MAQUILLAGE USA, a leading school where she is instructing and inspiring the next generations of beauty and fashion artists.
