Hi Rebecca, please kick things off for us with an introduction to yourself and your story.
I am a San Diego native. Being in dance and cheer in high school, I was always the friend who was good at styling hair. My first wedding was for a good friend 10 years ago! Since then, word of mouth, friends or friends would ask me to style their events and even weddings! Knowing I love contributing to my family and I always have been passionate about making people feel good, I continued to work in my “stable” job that offered “security and benefits,” everything a responsible mom should be, right? At least, that’s how I felt. Well,
Flash forward to 2020, I was a momma of two, reconsidering my full-time career in the medical field. My super supportive and amazing husband found that time as the perfect excuse for me to chase my “dream” and make my lifelong hobby into my full-time career.
I immediately felt I made the best decision. The last three years I have grown my bridal business into something more than I ever could have dreamed of. Making people feel and look their best on their biggest day is my favorite thing. When they see the end results in the mirror and their jaw drops with excitement, a tear rolls down their face, then seeing the groom reactions in first looks… I LIVE for those moments. I am far more passionate about styling dreamy hair goals to reality. I’ve met amazing people in this industry and have already partnered with some of my favorite brands. And I’m only getting started.
My style of bridal hairstyling can be described as effortless, beachy, and boho vibes. Fluffy and voluminous are my jam!
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
Being a now mom of three, I was hesitant if starting over was the “right choice” how would I let people know I was leaving my stable job in well and wellness to a bridal Hairstylist. Who would trust me to do their hair? How would I convince people to let me?
But I am ALWAYS advancing my knowledge and skill set. Constantly taking hands-on classes, online edu, and listening to ALL the podcasts on how to keep up with the latest trends. Learning and learning only the BEST products. And honestly, loving what you do makes it so much better showing up every day.
Thanks to the amazing industry friends I’ve met along the way, constantly referring me. And to the brides who have trusted me, even when I first started… Thank you for boosting my confidence and trusting me to work my magic.

Every bride that books with me gets a welcome guide- with hair prep, preferred vendor lists, planning tips and tricks for brides-to-be.
My studio is stocked with yummy snacks and cold refreshments.
At your trial, I have accessories to try on with your hairstyle- anything from
Veil to accessories.
AND the biggest difference for brides who want big voluminous hair but don’t want to commit to purchasing extensions, I offer 20-inch extension rentals for each of my clients. 🤍

Do you have any memories from childhood that you can share with us?
My favorite childhood memory was putting on productions for my parents. My sister and I would dress up, make up dances to songs all night and then force our parents to sit down and enjoy the show. Sometimes we might even wrangle my brother into it for the larger extravaganzas.
