Today we’d like to introduce you to Robbie B.
Hi Robbie, can you start by introducing yourself? We’d love to learn more about how you got to where you are today?
Robbie B. is a registered yoga teacher. She had her first experience with yoga during her first pregnancy; tried different styles of yoga throughout the years; and finally decided to take a yoga teacher training. Shortly after, she started Carin Yoga, a yoga program designed for ages 0-108 with different styles to choose from..
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
Age and a foreign accent were the primary challenges that Robbie encountered when first teaching yoga, but those did not shy Robbie away from her purpose of bringing yoga to everyone.

Robbie is a yoga teacher certified in children and adults, prenatal, and yin yoga. She is also registered with the Yoga Alliance. She is proud of bringing yoga to each person that crosses her path willing to practice with her.
Robbie is an Ambassador of International Kids’ Yoga Day and a proud yoga teacher volunteer of the RSF Public Library. It is important to make yoga accessible to all; let people experience it. Robbie also sets up yoga workshops in different countries to share her knowledge.
What do you like and dislike about the city?
San Diego has people from everywhere and is very diverse, but far from my family in Rio.
