Today we’d like to introduce you to Spiritual Blacksmith.
Alright, so thank you so much for sharing your story and insight with our readers. To kick things off, can you tell us a bit about how you got started?
I had a unique start to my spiritual journey. After spending several years as a lawyer and trial litigator, I decided to take my legal career in a different direction: that of law school professor, leaving practice in pursuit of more satisfying work.
Little did I understand at the time, but this seemingly innocuous change in career path was also the signaling of a change in my personal and spiritual life. Although raised as a Christian, I began to feel the call to take my faith to a deeper level. Around that time, I began meeting more “spiritual” people…people who didn’t fit into the paradigm of my Christian background. In looking back, I now know that they were sent to get me started on my true life path and set me on the road to remembering what my soul had known all along.
In the fall of 2014, I attended a service at a local Spiritualist church, and at that moment, I knew that I had found something special…I found what I did not know I had been looking for…I found the spiritual soil where I would plant the seeds of my true spiritual growth. As fate would have it, two months later, I learned of another Spiritualist church a few miles away, and began attending both churches regularly.
Since then, I have taken courses and workshops at both churches on spiritual development and participated in mediumship circles. I have also become a certified ThetaHealer, a certified reiki practitioner, a certified yoga instructor, received training and certification as a Meditation & Mindfulness teacher, and studied overseas yearly at the Arthur Findlay College for the Advancement of Spiritualism & Psychic Sciences in Stansted, England.
In 2017, I launched Spiritual Blacksmith, a spiritual healing and intuitive life coaching practice. I use my gifts of psychic mediumship, energy work, medical intuition, as well as my professional training as a lawyer to help my clients develop the tools (spiritual, emotional, physical, and professional) that they need to build the life that aligns with their soul’s purpose. I refer to it as helping people “remember why they came” to this lifetime and then helping them step fully into their gifts to realign with their passion in life.
In my free time, you can find me volunteering at my local children’s hospital where I hold babies in the NICU, enjoying a round of golf, teaching art to elementary school kids or traveling the world. But most of all, I enjoy being a channel for healing.
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
Luckily for me, I haven’t had many obstacles or challenges….aside from not remembering who I came to be in this life. From personal experience, I know that when we are not in alignment with our soul purpose, it feels like we are swimming against the current because we are at odds with the natural energetic flow of the Universe. Once we realize that everything is energy, and if it can’t flow, an energetic block occurs. Being aware of energetic blocks as soon as they occur (or before) can eliminate much of the challenges (physical, emotional and spiritual) that we encounter in life.
Just being aware of when we are out of energetic flow is the first step in beginning to heal yourself and ending any cycles of challenges you may be encountering.

I help clients using an array of metaphysical modalities by offering the following individualized healing services:
– Psychic readings (using tarot, tea leafs, color ribbons or via auragraph)/Mediumship readings – $150 for online or in-person for 1 hour; $75 for half-hour
– Intuitive yoga sessions – $100 (1 hour)
– Energy healings – $75 (30 min)
– Healing bundle – $30 (mini tea, mini candle, and personally created mantra)
– Healing Honey – $50 (1 cup of raw honey infused with cannabis flower and healing energy)
– Healing stones – $35
– Healing candles – $35
– Healing teas – $25 (10 servings of clairvoyantly blended herbal loose-leaf tea)
– Healing elixirs – $25 (4 oz)
*Stones, candles, teas, and elixirs come with hand-written mini readings.
I also offer private group readings for events as well as monthly new and full moon healing ceremonies.

Do you have recommendations for books, apps, blogs, etc?
I have too many books to name that I feel have contributed to my spiritual growth. The first ones that to mind are The Celestine Prophecy by James Redfield (and the sequels), The Power of Now by Eckhart Tolle, The Four Agreements by Don Miguel Ruiz and Energy Anatomy by Carolyn Myss.
