Check Out Valari Davinski’s Story

Today we’d like to introduce you to Valari Davinski.

Hi Valari, thanks for sharing your story with us. To start, maybe you can tell our readers some of your backstory.
Born and raised in Ukraine, Valari moved to the USA shortly after college to pursue his passion as a visual and music artist. He followed the steps of self-made individuals like Madonna, Steven Spielberg, and Andy Warhol. His dream was to make it in America despite all the odds. Valari started his journey in New York by making short movies about his experiences as a small-town boy in the Big Apple and all that comes with it. He was fascinated by tall buildings and endless opportunities, sharing his visual journey on YouTube. Later, Valari decided to express himself in the words of music by releasing his first single, Inner Diva, followed by Honey, and performing in iconic New York venues like Bitter End, where Lady Gaga and many others have started. After 6 years, Valari moved to California to continue pursuing music and film. Currently, Valari is working on his next single, which will cultivate his experiences in dating and relationships in a foreign land and film creative commercials for a major diamond brand.

Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
Growing up in a small ukrainian town, Valari always dreamt of a big city life, opportunities, and like-minded artists to be around. It wasn’t a smooth road. Moving to New York City alone at the age of 20 with only 300 dollars in his pocket, he had to build himself from the ground up, learn the language and understand American culture in all its ins and outs. He knew he had to immerse himself in American culture to understand it truly. It was a smooth road, working late hours for years, sleeping on couches and trying to meet as many people as possible. The biggest obstacle came unexpectedly and from miles away when his beloved mother was diagnosed with cancer and died shortly after. This loss took a significant toll on the artist’s mental state, but he decided to put all his pain in music, writing countless songs to deal with his loss.

Thanks for sharing that. So, maybe next you can tell us a bit more about your work?
