Hi Anna, please kick things off for us with an introduction to yourself and your story.
My journey in health and wellness started during my undergraduate studies in Health and Wellness Promotion. One of my professors encouraged me to pursue personal training, which sparked a passion for fitness and women’s health. Throughout college, I worked as a part-time personal trainer while studying Wellness Coaching, Women’s Hormones, and Exercise Science.
After graduating, I continued my education and begun my master’s degree in Public Health, while also training clients full-time. During this time, I began building my online wellness coaching practice, specializing in women’s health, particularly in managing hormonal conditions like Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS), navigating menopause, and promoting healthy aging.
My experience in the fitness industry, including competing in fitness pageants, helped shape my holistic approach to wellness. Today, I run my own online wellness coaching business, focusing on women’s hormone health, fertility, diabetes, and overall well-being. Through personalized coaching and fitness plans, I’m dedicated to helping women achieve their health goals and live empowered lives.
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
I’m very blessed to have discovered my passion for coaching at a young age, which allowed me to choose the right career path from the start. My undergraduate degree directly applies to the work I do today, and for that, I’m incredibly grateful, especially knowing how many people struggle to find their calling.
That said, entrepreneurship is never a smooth road. There are always ups and downs, and running a business has certainly brought its challenges. However, learning how to navigate those challenges and acquire new skills—like marketing, management, and building a brand—has been one of the most rewarding aspects of my journey. I love helping others, but I also enjoy the continuous learning that comes with being an entrepreneur.

My business focuses on empowering women through personalized wellness coaching, specializing in hormone health, fertility, and diabetes management. I work with women who are navigating conditions like Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS), menopause, and other hormonal imbalances. My goal is to not only help them manage their symptoms but to guide them toward achieving sustainable weight loss, improved well-being, and overall better health.
What sets me apart is my holistic, science-based approach. I blend my background in exercise science, women’s hormones, and public health with personalized coaching. This allows me to tailor each client’s plan to their unique needs—whether it’s fitness programs, meal plans, or lifestyle changes. I’m not just helping clients lose weight; I’m helping them understand their bodies, regulate blood sugar, manage stress, and make long-term changes.
I’m most proud of the strong connections I build with my clients and the transformations I get to witness, both physically and emotionally. From personalized check-ins to tailored fitness plans and in-depth education on nutrition and hormones, I offer ongoing support that helps my clients succeed long-term.
My brand is also deeply rooted in education and community. I create content to help women understand their health better, and I offer clients personalized guides, such as portion control tools, that are easy to integrate into their daily lives. It’s about making health accessible and empowering women to take control of their wellness journey.

It’s about helping women reclaim their health, whether they’re dealing with PCOS, managing fertility, or simply seeking better balance in their lives. Through one-on-one coaching, I create tailored solutions that fit into real life, providing support every step of the way.
What matters most to you?
What matters most to me is empowering women to take control of their health and well-being, especially because I’ve been through the same struggles. I’ve personally dealt with PCOS, hormonal imbalances, and challenges with my weight and health. Overcoming those struggles was a turning point for me. Being able to feel confident in my own skin, dress how I want, and experiment with fashion—without feeling limited by my body—has been one of the most empowering experiences of my life. I want to give that same gift of confidence and freedom to other women.
I’m also incredibly grateful that my career allows me to blend my background in exercise and nutritional science with my love for public health and business. It’s rewarding to know that I can use all these passions to help women overcome their health challenges and live confidently. Seeing my clients transform their lives—physically, mentally, and emotionally—is what drives me every day. It’s about giving women the tools and support they need to not just reach their goals but to live authentically and confidently.
