Hi Avadhi, please kick things off for us with an introduction to yourself and your story.
At the start of my career, I had no idea I would be the empowered entrepreneur that I am today.
I was born in India, and moved to the United States with my parents when I was in highschool. I went to college at Georgia Tech, and graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Industrial & Systems Engineering from the nation’s top engineering program. Then I worked in the corporate world for 3.5 years. During this time, I completed a Leadership and Technical Development Program and gained valuable professional experience in the corporate world.
Then, everything shifted…
After reading the book “Rich Dad, Poor Dad”, I realized that I actually wanted to be an entrepreneur because what I really wanted in life was freedom!
Immediately after this, I resigned from my corporate career and started my entrepreneurial journey. I completed several personal development courses, participated in several business training events, hired coaches, and did a lot of soul searching. I experienced tremendous growth in this duration and realized that it is my passion and purpose in life to make a positive impact in the world through being a facilitator/coach and an author.

Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
I faced many obstacles and challenges during my journey to where I am today. I had to overcome self doubt and lack of confidence. I felt alienated from my culture of origin and had to break out of the norm to take bold moves which required courage and lots of personal development work on my end. I made massive investments of time, money, and energy with the intention of releasing blocks around being a woman of Indian/South Asian origin. I had to move through the limitations of what I was told by society that I could do and what was possible for me. Lots of inner work was necessary in order for me to step out of scarcity and into the abundance mindset. I also learned new skills and continued to invest in mastering my craft by enhancing my creativity along with building structures along the way.
