Hi Brendan, so excited to have you on the platform. So, before we get into questions about your work life, maybe you can bring our readers up to speed on your story and how you got to where you are today.
I started my creative journey as a photographer living in downtown Chicago. After years of learning photo editing and design, I moved to San Diego and worked for The Coast News in advertising.
After my time with The Coast News, I started my own social media marketing agency where I help businesses run digital ads and elevate their online presence by designing eye-catching graphics and videos paired with fun and engaging copywriting.
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall, and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
Nothing in life is a smooth road, unfortunately. I am very lucky, however, to have some great family and friends who are always there for me when I’m feeling down. I’ve also had the chance to work with some amazing clients in my career!
Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know?
I specialize in social media management for businesses that are looking to improve their online presence and get access to new clients.
What this means is I start by creating a monthly content calendar for my clients with the best and most engaging topics in their industry. From there, I create 15-30 original graphics and videos for use on their social media profiles based on the topics from the content calendar.
Depending on the client’s advertising budget we can also start paid advertising campaigns that target their ideal clients and massively boost revenue and notoriety in their industry.
I offer many other services as well that work wonders for my clients and bring them new customers and revenue every month!
Is there something surprising that you feel even people who know you might not know about?
Most people probably don’t know that I am an avid traveler and have been everywhere, from Colombia to Laos and many countries in between.
I love to assimilate into foreign cultures and immerse myself in what makes these places special. I love trying new food, meeting new people, and getting inspiration from different places all over the world.
