Community Highlights: Meet Dr. Devin Stone of Tulsi Wellness Center

Today we’d like to introduce you to Dr. Devin Stone.

Hi Dr. Stone, thanks for joining us today. We’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
Since I can remember I have always wanted to become a doctor. Understanding the human body and helping people achieve optimal wellness is something that has always resonated with me. This comes in the idea of supporting the mind, body and soul.

However, after undergrad, I took a detour and helped open a couple of practices in the Los Angeles which quickly became some of the most sought-after in the area. After some time building the business side of a medical business I decided it was time to go back to school and finish pursuing my degree as a doctor. Now I can happily say that it is done and I feel more whole than ever being able to help people in this manner.

I like to say if you are around me my goal is to give off positivity and help my fellow person level up, in whatever way that may be.

Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
Like anything in life, there are ups and downs. This is always part of the journey. However, I have found that it takes grit and determination to keep pushing despite this. When you keep pushing this is where the true magic of growth happens.

As you know, we’re big fans of Tulsi Wellness Center. For our readers who might not be as familiar what can you tell them about the brand?
Tulsi is a membership model primary care practice focusing on root-cause healing.

The center not only provides evidence-based natural modalities to heal but the actual location is even designed to bring healing the moment you step in the door. Our goal is to support our patients during their healing journey and continue to create wellness as goals change over time. Health is fluid its never the same everyday so why should your treatment plan be?

In terms of your work and the industry, what are some changes you expect to see over the next five to ten years?
Over the next 5-10 years we will see more people electing to go into the private primary care area. More and more people are looking for ways to support their health and proactively manage it. More people are also looking for alternatives to conventional care that aim to address disease at a root cause level, all while truly supporting our bodies natural processes to heal.
