Today we’d like to introduce you to Enrique And Veronica Greene.
Hi Enrique and Veronica, we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
After years of Enrique working for a variety of corporate pest control companies, he had learned the trade very well, and saw some areas on a daily basis that he knew could improve. These areas of improvement were mainly directed at customer satisfaction. I believe it was around 2019 we started throwing the idea around of starting up our own company, and by doing so we would be able to structure things in a way that delivered quality work, and built lasting relationships with our customers. This took some after hours studying, and Enrique really dedicated himself to the process of licensing. While he did that Veronica researched things like softwares, bookkeeping, advertising, and any other system behind the scenes to keep things running smoothly. Our original plan was to start in 2020, but with the pandemic, things were too uncertain. We were able to open Greene Pest Control Inc. in May of 2021, and like was our original goal, we have gathered a customer base that is truly the best. Our goal is still to provide the same honest and reliable services.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
There has been a variety of learning curves, and even some to this day.
Great, so let’s talk business. Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
We specialize in general pest control. One thing that I think sets us apart from others is that everything is personalized. You’re not talking to a machine when you call, text, or email, you’re talking to one of us. The duration of most of our customers, and the relationships that are built are so authentic. Our goal is always to provide the best service, and set honest and reasonable expectation.
Is there something surprising that you feel even people who know you might not know about?
Our two daughters helped us think up the logo during a family night. We actually have their little sketches stored away that our logo later came from.
