Alright, so thank you so much for sharing your story and insight with our readers. To kick things off, can you tell us a bit about how you got started?
I am a massage therapists turned business owner. Two Hands Wellness Events (THWE) has endured 3 name changes, 2 recessions, and the reputation as San Diego’s “go-to” Mobile Wellness Company. Our locals and tourists love the fact that they can stay in the comfort of their homes, vacation rentals, hotel rooms, or offices and have the convenience of making health a priority. THWE provides the following mobile services: table massage, chair massage, and ergonomic education with our Ergonomist (@theergoexpert), yoga, the Skin + Sound Experience (facial included sound healing and reiki). We also provide virtual wellness. Those services include: Ergo 101 webinars, short yoga, breathwork, meditation classes (Brain Breaks).
A majority of our clients are Corporations, mostly in the medical and tech industries, and looking into reaching more people to promote wellness. We’ve been honored to work with clients overseas that have events in San Diego.
Currently, I still do some massage, but I find myself guiding my staff and getting them excited about Two Hands Wellness. We implement goals and have been successful so far. I also help coach new and seasoned massage therapists and business owners with the constant change that happens in business.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not, what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
No, it hasn’t always been a smooth road. We’ve had some challenges along the way. The beginning of the covid pandemic was probably the most challenging one with learning how to navigate my business through 3 different closures. It was definitely challenging.

Two Hands Wellness Events is a local mobile wellness company. We are known to have skilled Wellness Providers that know how to make someone feel comfortable while receiving a services from us. We listen to your needs, and we do our best to accommodate the requested appointment times. What makes me most proud of Two Hands Wellness Events is that people are talking about us! We have about 20% repeat clients, and they are telling their friends and families about us. I think that is the biggest compliment.

Can you talk to us a bit about happiness and what makes you happy?
Work-wise: What makes me happy is that I work with incredible people that are good at their jobs and enjoy working with us! Clients are returning and telling their family and friends.
Personally: What makes me happy is spending time with my family and my dog, Luna. The practice of work/life balance is definitely fulfilling.
