Alright, so thank you so much for sharing your story and insight with our readers. To kick things off, can you tell us a bit about how you got started?
We are a small Family Home Based business who started business in 10/2018 in Chula Vista Ca. After my father past away we noticed we now needed to step up due something for our family. My family includes me, my husband and our now 5 children. We started our business with 2 small castle jumpers, 1 combo slide, 10 rectangle tables,100 chairs. Since then we have grown and now have more options of jumpers, water slides, Mechanical bulls, Tables, Chairs, and do Backdrop Decor. And have been recommended by word of mouth. “ That’s how we have grown the most”. We have had our ups and down during the years due to economy, Covid 19 ,but we always seem to make it through.its a process but we keep thriving on doing what we like best. Customer Service is the Key to keep going.
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
It’s hasn’t been a smooth road, economy struggle, Covid 19, a couple of slow months. Obtaining insurance permits for all cities is a must to have in this business.
We’ve been impressed with 4Kids Jumpers, but for folks who might not be as familiar, what can you share with them about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
We have Complete Party Rentals, Heaters, Tables, Chairs of different types, Tables of different types, Canopies different sizes, Jumpers regular and combo slides, Water slides, Backdrop Decor and more! We are park approved and service a large range of San Diego County. We have service San Diego County Park at Nights Events, Spring Events, Schools, Churches and more.
What would you say have been one of the most important lessons you’ve learned?
Always be humble, your hard works pays off at the end. Stay positive And Always Provide Great Customer Service.
