Hi Sam and Kaitlyn, can you start by introducing yourself? We’d love to learn more about how you got to where you are today?
What started as a reformer studio in October 2024 quickly grew into something bigger. By January 2026, we expanded to open our mat Pilates studio — deepening our impact in Oceanside. We’re here to be the go-to Pilates destination and help our community feel stronger, more confident, and more connected to their bodies.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
Honestly, it has been a smooth journey — and I think that’s largely because there are two of us leading it. We each bring different strengths to the table, so all aspects of the business are covered. On top of that, we both had prior experience running Pilates studios, which gave us the confidence and systems to build strategically from the start.

We have both a reformer studio and a mat studio located just down the street from one another, giving our clients the best of both worlds. We offer a wide range of class levels — from slower, stretch-focused sessions to more challenging, strength-driven workouts. It truly feels like a one-stop shop for Pilates in Oceanside, and what makes it even more special is the strong, supportive community that’s grown within our studios.
What makes you happy?
The most fulfilling part of what we do is witnessing transformation. Seeing clients become stronger, more aware, and more confident in their bodies is everything to us. Once they start feeling the results, they’re hooked — and that shared commitment creates a powerful, supportive community that keeps everyone coming back.
