Hi Adrian , so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?
I started to blog my foods posting photos on instagram and facebook about 10 years ago, it started to have some engagement and become little popular in the area, posts about cooking, story of some food culture, food tours in other states and mexico, experience on the restaurant business and chef related info, Im owner of a couple taquerias and restaurants in Tijuana so Im always meeting new people in the culinary industry
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
There are some many things about this, but some of them are giving time to the blog, because It is not a business, It always have been my hobby and having about 10 business and also creat content apart Its been very hard

Posting food that I like to eat, telling stories about the food, discovering awesome places that deserve to be seen, and learning from the streets and from people who put some much love to their work, I have many videos with millions of views, trying to give amazing views for my followers with videos and photos that make you hungry any time of the day
Can you share something surprising about yourself?
This is not a business and its the food that I truly recommend, also I go to places that people normally wont go to try good food talking about mexico for example
