Hi Akram, thanks for sharing your story with us. To start, maybe you can tell our readers some of your backstory.
Thyme of Essence is a Purveyor of Extra Virgin Olive Oil since 2010. We bring to the local farmers markets ( lLittle Italy & Rancho Santa Fe Farmers Markets ) the freshly pressed Olive Oil & Balsamic Vinegars ( glazed too! ).
Thyme of Essence has also been offering the famous “ Manoushe “ every Sunday at the Rancho Santa Fe Farmers Market. The “Manoushe “ is a Lebanese wrap made with Thyme, Sumac berries, & roasted Sesame Seeds topped with fresh Veggies & Kefir Cheese. A delicious & best seller at the ranch every Sunday from 9:00-2:00pm.
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
Like any New product on the market, the extra effort was to Promote & Educate people on the novelty. Since 2010, the road to the Manoushe success has been Natural & Smooth. We have perfected the making of this healthy Mediterranean wrap and have our repeat customers & regulars come every Sunday to have their “ Fix” of an out of the oven hot Manoushe.

The Art of making a Manoushe or any type of dish starts with the LOVE of making it and serving it. What sets us apart is the artistry in the making, We always choose the freshest ingredients ( Avocados, Tomatoes, Cucumbers and Mint), we cut & prepare it on the spot and in front of the client.
All spectators are dazzled by the freshness and happy to see their order being fulfilled in front of them.
