Hi Arbonne, so excited to have you on the platform. So before we get into questions about your work-life, maybe you can bring our readers up to speed on your story and how you got to where you are today?
In 2019, Mo Sanoon and I, Arbonne Molina, embarked on a bold adventure by founding Easy Camping Maui. Our goal was simple: to provide the ultimate overland camping experience with a fleet of off-road Toyota Tacomas and Jeep Wranglers. Our business allowed us to bring the spirit of exploration directly to our customers, helping them discover Maui’s outdoor beauty.
As our business grew, we realized the need to expand. In 2023, we took a significant step by opening our first storefront in Kahului. This new location allowed us to offer more products such as hiking equipment, outdoor products, and beach gear rentals. It was our way of providing a comprehensive service to adventure seekers and beachgoers alike.
However, our path wasn’t always smooth. The pandemic of 2020 brought significant challenges, and just as we were navigating those, the Lahaina wildfires struck, impacting our community and our business. The future felt uncertain, and we faced numerous obstacles.
Despite these hardships, we refused to back down. We tackled every challenge with determination, adapted our strategies, and leaned heavily on the support from our incredible team and loyal customers. Our resilience began to pay off, and we started to see signs of recovery.
Today, Easy Camping Maui is on the rebound and growing stronger every day. We are deeply grateful for the support we’ve received from our customers, which has been crucial in our recovery.

I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
The pandemic and the Lahaina wildfires dealt a severe blow to our business on Maui. The pandemic disrupted our operations and strained our resources, creating a challenging environment for our mobile business. Just as we were beginning to adapt, the wildfires hit, devastating our community and further impacting our operations. These twin crises forced us to confront significant uncertainties and setbacks, testing our resilience and commitment to our customers. Despite these obstacles, we remained determined to overcome the challenges and support our community through these trying times.

At Easy Camping Maui, we specialize in providing outdoor and camping experiences tailored to adventure enthusiasts. We rent out overland campers, from Jeep Wranglers to Ford Broncos which includes all of your essential amenities. We also a full range of camping gear, hiking equipment, and beach gear rentals through our storefront located at 330 Hukilike Street in Kahului Maui.
What sets us apart is our unwavering commitment to resilience and community. Despite facing significant challenges from the pandemic and the Lahaina wildfires, we’ve remained focused on supporting our customers and adapting to their needs.
