Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
It hasn’t always been a smooth road, but that’s part of the journey we love. In the beginning, there were definitely challenges—especially on the operational side. We had to learn how to balance the creative aspects we excelled at with the logistics of running a business. The funny thing is, we already knew how to be incredible creatives; we just needed to create the right space to let that shine.
One of the biggest hurdles was building brand awareness. As much as we were confident in our skills, we realized that standing out in a crowded market wasn’t easy. That’s when we found our niche—working with women-led small businesses. It felt natural to align our services with a market we’re passionate about supporting, and once we honed in on that, things really began to click.
