Poura Vida Craft Co. was founded with a simple mission: to bring our love and experience for cocktails to events everywhere. We specialize in creating exceptional craft experiences by using farm-fresh ingredients, house-made syrups, mixers, and garnishes, customizing every detail to fit your unique event.
At Poura Vida Craft Co., we take immense pride in the quality of our services, always going the extra mile for our products and clients. I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
Building Poura Vida Craft Co. has been a journey filled with challenges, but also immense pride. Both of us balance full-time jobs, and Antonio is a dedicated father. With little to no prior experience as business owners and without the guidance of mentors, we’ve navigated the complexities of starting a company on our own. Despite these hurdles, we’ve poured our passion and dedication into creating something truly unique and beautiful. Every step has been a testament to our commitment, and we are proud of how far we’ve come, turning our dream into reality.

What sets us apart is our dedication to the artistry behind every drink and experience. We don’t just cater events; we curate moments. Every detail, from the garnish on a cocktail to the energy of our service, is crafted with care and intention. We also love to support local farms and small businesses, ensuring our ingredients are fresh, local, and of the highest quality.
What we’re most proud of is our ability to bring something truly one-of-a-kind to the local catering scene, all while balancing full-time jobs and building this business from the ground up. The creative freedom we pour into each event allows us to offer something that not only reflects who we are but also connects deeply with our clients.
Can you talk to us about how you think about risk?
Starting Poura Vida Craft Co. in California has been a huge risk in itself. California is known for its competitive market and strict regulations, making it a challenging environment to launch any business. On top of that, working with alcohol brings an added layer of responsibility and risk. As a mobile bartending company, we understand the importance of ensuring that every guest is not only enjoying themselves but also staying safe. It’s our job to make sure that after the event, everyone gets home safely.
Our view on risk-taking is rooted in both responsibility and passion. We knew that entering the world of alcohol service would require us to go above and beyond to ensure we’re operating responsibly, from how we craft our cocktails to how we monitor consumption at events. We take the safety of our guests very seriously and pride ourselves on creating an environment where everyone is taken care of.
Despite the risks, our passion for bringing unique and custom cocktail experiences to the local catering scene has driven us to embrace those challenges. We believe that with the right mindset and preparation, risk-taking can lead to some of the most rewarding experiences, and that’s exactly what we’ve found through this journey.
