Hi Todd, so excited to have you on the platform. So, before we get into questions about your work life, maybe you can bring our readers up to speed on your story and how you got to where you are today.
I started tinting windows in 1990, worked in various shops until starting my own business in 2004.
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
I wouldn’t say that it has been smooth but just the opposite. The road to entrepreneurship can be very difficult, with bumps in the road, fear of the unknown, no medical benefits or job security.

I tint windows for cars, homes, and businesses. I take pride in my work and treat my clients with honesty and integrity.
Any advice for finding a mentor or networking in general?
Networking groups are great. You can meet a lot of other business owners that can share their ideas and experiences.
