The collective’s first concept, MooTime Creamery, launched in 1998 as a family effort with native San Diego resident David Spatafore taking the lead. Beginning with approachable, family-friendly restaurants in Coronado (Village Pizzeria, Lil’ Piggy’s Bar-B-Q), Blue Bridge Hospitality began to expand with the launch of Leroy’s Kitchen + Lounge.
