Daily Inspiration: Meet Bliss Loveall

Today we’d like to introduce you to Bliss Loveall.

Bliss Loveall

Hi Bliss, thanks for sharing your story with us. To start, maybe you can tell our readers some of your backstory.
I have been an in person trainer since 2014. I trained at multiple gyms and Boot Camps around North County San Diego. Before I became a trainer, I struggled with my weight for years. I felt like I was always somebody who worked out so hard and ate well but I couldn’t get results in the gym. Once I finally figured out the best fitness regimen to achieve optimal results for women, I became so passionate about helping other women get the body and Health that they dreamed about. I went fully online in 2022 so that I can help women not just in North County, but all across the globe! Blissmode Fitness is now nationwide but also in Canada, Europe and Australia.

Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
I think sometimes it can be easy to look at the highlight reels of someone’s life and see nothing but ease and success. But to give you a little glimpse into what building this career has looked like for me, here are some of my hardest moments. In 2018 I was so broke that I couldn’t afford my car payment which was only $134 for my beat up little Chevy and while I was coaching a Boot Camp class, my car that was parked directly out front got repossessed until I could backdate all my missed payments. I had to work a server job in the evenings because personal training wasn’t enough to pay the bills. I would coach classes and train clients as early as 4:30 in the morning until the late afternoon and then I would go to my server job and wouldn’t get back home until after 10 PM. All I knew was exhaustion and being extremely broke, but I was so passionate about what I did and the women I was helping, that I didn’t want to give it up. Despite my card being declined multiple times at the grocery store and gas station, I refused to give up on my dream of being a coach. I just kept finding a way to make it work and my determination definitely paid off.

Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
Blissmode Fitness is designed for the woman who feels like she lives in the gym but doesn’t get the results that she works so tirelessly for. It’s also for the busy Momma who puts herself on the back burner to support her family and doesn’t know how to have time for herself, even just 40 minutes to workout. My workout program is designed for the woman who’s looking to take her fitness to the next level at whatever phase of life she is in. What we are passionate about most is realistic fitness.
We love to teach women how to make their workouts more efficient, and how to eat real food and never get bored with healthy nutrition, but actually feel empowered in the gym, and with the choices they make to fuel for their body.
What I am most proud of at Blissmode Fitness is how we quickly became one of the largest fitness teams in the US partnered with Lenus. I truly believed we have grown to this status because of how much we care about the women we work with and how we redesigned what a fitness program can look like.
Any woman who has been apart of Blissmode will typically talk about a few things. 1) how different but challenging the workouts were. 2) eating more food and yummier food than they did before the program. (Pizza, pasta and burgers being the favorites!) 3) feeling like they are in the best shape of their lives.
We don’t do 6 week cuts here, we do lifestyle fitness that you’ll take with you the rest of your life.

How do you define success?
To me, success is all about living in your purpose. I can say this because now that I am experiencing what most people would define as success, which is a thriving business and financial freedom. I can think back to when I was incredibly broke and had five dollars to my name, but I would feel so successful when a client would send me a message about how I am changing their life and making it better. Still to this day, the most satisfying part of my job is getting that feedback from the women that I work with! I know that I am doing exactly what I was made to do and that is so empowering and beautiful!
