Today we’d like to introduce you to Carol Eidson.
Hi Carol, thanks for sharing your story with us. To start, maybe you can tell our readers some of your backstory.
I was born on September 9th, 1979, in São Paulo, Brazil. I had a great childhood there, but when I turned 18, I decided to move to San Diego. At the time, I didn’t know any English, so I attended school to learn the language and later pursued a degree in hotel management.
Living away from my home country has been difficult because of the distance away from family and friends. The heart is never complete when you’re so far away from the people you love, especially when they were going through difficult times. I lost both my mom and dad during this period, and it was an incredibly difficult time for me.
In 2005, I met my husband, and we got married in 2007. We had our first child, a daughter, in 2008 and then twins in 2014.
In 2008, we opened a Martial Arts school together and ran it for several years. However, I eventually decided that I wanted to pursue a career in real estate. Last year, I began my career in real estate and have had the pleasure of working with amazing people since then. Whether it’s helping seniors find their dream home or negotiating the best possible price for a family’s first home, I’m always looking for ways to go above and beyond for my clients.”
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall, and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
Yes, it has been a fairly smooth road so far. I’ve had some challenges along the way, but I’ve been able to overcome them and continue moving forward.
Appreciate you sharing that. What else should we know about what you do?
I believe that everyone deserves to have a positive experience when buying or selling a home. As a realtor, I provide my clients with the guidance and support they need to make the process as smooth and stress-free as possible. I work with clients of all ages and backgrounds but specialize in seniors. Whether it’s helping them find the perfect home or negotiating the best possible price for their current one, I’m always looking for ways to go above and beyond for my clients. At the end of the day, there’s nothing more satisfying than knowing that I’ve been able to make a positive impact on someone’s life.
What do you think about happiness?
I find that helping others is one of the most rewarding things I can do. Whether it’s volunteering at a local charity or simply lending a listening ear to a friend in need, I believe that we all have the power to make a positive impact on the world around us. When I’m able to help someone else buy or sell their home, it gives me a sense of purpose and fulfillment that I can’t find anywhere else.
