Hi Emily and Natalia, we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
We both have different backgrounds working with children, hospitality, and wedding planning. We actually met working for a wedding venue and instantly connected and bonded over our passion for the industry, but most importantly for our community and people. Since then, we realized that we wanted to take that passion even further and start our own business together.
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way? Looking back, would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
It’s been pretty smooth and fun so far! But I’d have to say that the most significant struggle has been making time in our busy schedules. This is why it’s so important for us to prioritize days where we get together for coffee and… create! Also remembering to give ourselves grace as we manage this new exciting journey for us!
Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
We are an event styling company that puts together intimate gatherings for our clients. Along with this, we help discover our client’s vision, aesthetic, and style for their event. One of our proudest moments has been putting on an event for a good friend’s baby shower. It makes it extra special to be able to work with your closest friends for such a special and intimate celebration. What sets us apart from others is that we want to make every experience with us personal and memorable. We will go above and beyond with superior service and care for our clients. This is our passion, and we realize how special these moments are.
What sort of changes are you expecting over the next 5-10 years?
We hope in the next 5+ years for our business to expand and to only keep growing even more. We would eventually love to offer rentals (lounge sets, tablescape items, pop-up bars, etc.) for larger events and move into a warehouse where we can fully grow a team of people.
