Today we’d like to introduce you to Helen Piceno.
Hi Helen, we’re thrilled to have a chance to learn your story today. So, before we get into specifics, maybe you can briefly walk us through how you got to where you are today?
As a victim of domestic violence and verbal abuse. I came to the realization, I needed help to heal the dysfunction cycles I had become accustomed to. After looking for ways to help me heal and change my life. I sought out a few traditional therapists but it didn’t provide any solutions on the damage parts of me. I remember it would leave me feeling more depressed and disempowered by reliving my insecurities and bad choices. I was tired of being numb from anti-depressants and constantly running away from my problems, dragging my innocent children along. Something sparked me to the intuitive arts. In all honesty, books on shamanism and intuitive healing were my childhood passions that I had forgotten about. I slowly started working with oracle cards and one day, I came across a seminar called, “I can do it.” It was a weekend of workshops, published authors, speakers, healers, and intuitive. I attended, a past life regression workshop and this is where my life begin to awaken, sixteen years ago. After one meditation in the workshop, I knew I had found my pathway to healing. In the workshop we were put into groups, giving each other past life readings. As I was doing my mini readings on people in my group. I do readings for healing purposes only and provide a fifteen minute consultation. Something happened, tears began to flow and healing was present.
After the workshop, my group had encouraged me to explore more of the past life regression and soul coaching training. After this, the universe conspired with me in providing beautiful synchronicity events, leading me to my purpose work in the intuitive arts. In the beginning, it was for my own healing and recovery. I used everything I learned to heal my life. I was led to study with world renowned healers to dig deep within my internal wells of knowledge and intuition that was personalized to my healing. Through the levels of healing, I became a soul coach, past life regression coach, feng shui practitioner and studied the energy fields of the chakra system and more. I do have the ability to pick up on illnesses in the body and work with the energy within and around on my clients. Energy is everything and it speaks! Through the years of working with clients, I’ve come to learn that our homes also need the energy shift to match, what my clients are thriving to work on from within. Our homes are a powerful ally to assist us on creating a sanctuary for the body, mind, and soul, assisting us on what we would like to manifest as well. I love to balance my life working with those that are ready and willing to put the work in on healing and creating the best life. Are you ready to hear messages from your soul, create a home that nourishes your body and helps you awaken to intuition within? In my practice, I do prefer to work remotely. I am able to tune into my clients and their homes on areas that need attention.
I’m sure you wouldn’t say it’s been obstacle free, but so far would you say the journey have been a fairly smooth road?
As of now, my life is very peaceful and I have a smooth flow with the universe. I actually love my life and have a much better understanding of who I am. I would say some of the struggles are sticking to the intuitive healing process. Through a series of clutter clearing and coaching enables us to release attachments mentally, physically and emotionally. This is why, I like to call it an art form because It moves you out of places energetically that we work on avoiding, through distractions and addictions. Known as blocks! Facing what we have been avoiding for so long can be painful and this is where change starts to happen. I’ve personally gone through it too. Change could bring on a feeling of fear and it makes people uncomfortable. But it’s the change we all seek for our highest good to open up and attract what our hearts desire.
Thanks – so what else should our readers know about your work and what you’re currently focused on?
I am known as bringing people back into the light! I have adapted and created a system called “Your intuition within” coaching. When you learn the art of intuitive living, doors begin to open up of synchronize events and your higher self-starts to lead you in life. Right now the earths vibration is changing. We are in an Ascension process to awaken us to a purposeful life which means being in alignment with your higher self. Wouldn’t it be amazing to know your place in the world? Your intuition within coaching is a 28 day program working with the four elements of Air – clearing mental capacity. Water- clearing emotional self. Fire – facing fears as a Phoenix rises of the soul. Earth- to ground all the energy that was worked on. In the 28 days, I will guide you through a series of meditations and past life regression. I am a firm believer we have to work the energy in our homes as well. During the 28 day intuitive coaching you will be clutter clearing your home of old attachments. I will also incorporate a little Feng Shui on an area of your home seeking divine attention. To be honest, I never know where the 28 days will lead you. Everyone has a different profound experience. I follow intuitive guidance on each particular client I’m working with. Through my work, we’ve been able to heal, claustrophobia, anxiety, asthma, fibroids and more.
We’d love to hear about any fond memories you have from when you were growing up?
One of my favorite childhood memories is spending time with my Grandfather showing me the magical abundance of the earth. My grandfather worked in the agriculture fields all his life. It was a special time when my grandfather showed me the natural rhythms of the earth and how mother nature has an antidote to balance it out. His passion was mating seeds and I enjoyed delicious fruits of labor. To me fruit tasted different back then, more natural. I’d love to see earth assist us in this natural rhythm once again through this ascension.
