Noor, we appreciate you taking the time to share your story with us today. Where does your story begin?
My name is Noor, and I am the founder of Hearts and Flowers, a Floral design service that operates remotely. excited to share my unique journey from a career in Radio Frequency/microwave engineering to the vibrant world of design and sustainability. For years, I immersed myself in the technical intricacies of high-frequency communication systems. While this experience honed my problem-solving skills and attention to detail, my passion for bringing joy and harmony into everyday spaces led me to explore a different path.
Today, I am dedicated to integrating the natural beauty of flowers and plants into our environments, creating spaces that resonate with high-vibration, joyful frequencies. My engineering background has given me a unique perspective on innovation and efficiency, which I now apply to sustainable design practices. I am particularly passionate about finding creative ways to recycle and reuse plants, ensuring that our designs are not only beautiful but also environmentally responsible.
Flowers Brings so much Joy and Happiness! But Most people don’t pay attention or they are unaware what those pretty life force generators can change in us emotionally and mentally. And this is another part I take which is educating and bringing more awareness about the benefits of surrounding our selves with Flowers.

Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
Starting a floral business was a challenging journey, fraught with obstacles and uncertainties. On a personal level, I grappled with self-doubt. Having spent my entire career as an employee in the engineering sector, the prospect of venturing into a completely different industry was daunting. I questioned whether I possessed the necessary skills, knowledge, and creativity required to succeed in the floral world. Transitioning from the structured environment of engineering to the dynamic, often unpredictable nature of running a business required a monumental shift in mindset. I had to cultivate a belief in my abilities and embrace the learning curve that came with this new venture.
In addition to overcoming personal insecurities, securing clients and capital funding posed significant challenges. Establishing a client base in a competitive market required strategic marketing efforts and networking. It involved reaching out to potential customers, understanding their needs, and convincing them of the value my floral services could provide.
Simultaneously, obtaining the financial resources necessary for startup costs was another hurdle. This involved exploring various funding options, such as personal savings, loans, or seeking investors, each with its set of complexities and risks. Navigating these financial challenges required careful planning and a willingness to take calculated risks.
Despite these initial struggles, perseverance and a passion for floristry fueled my determination to overcome obstacles and gradually build a successful floral business.

I run Hearts and flowers shop online which includes floral and event design service plus Fresh Cut Flowers and Eternal Preserved real flowers retail. I’m known for creating out of the box designs and teaching people about the frequencies the flowers radiate and how it can effect our mood and productivity. from my background in Microwave and radio frequency i studied the vibration and frequencies of waves and how every alive being around us emits certain frequency and the effect of each wave on us. Proud of taking the leap of faith and trusting my gifts in designing flowers and always going above and beyond to bring joy and happiness through the flowers i create .
Is there anything else you’d like to share with our readers?
yes , I’m an Immigrant and a single mom. came to the US in 2017 worked really hard to proof to my self and others that I will make a difference and a change but all I was doing was coming from the feeling that I’m not enough and this was very stressful and unfulfilling .especially with comparing myself to every one on social media! The second I realized that I’m enough just by having the opportunity to be a human and Decided to Fully surrender to whatever I was made for in this lifetime, my life started to shift into a state of peace and love for the simplest things in life and the path to start this flowers business appeared out of no where and that was 2 years ago. now I’m able to feel higher states of peace and love on a daily bases just from the idea that there is a lot of magic and beauty in the simplest details.
