Today we’d like to introduce you to Roger Bremmer Jr.
Hi Roger, it’s an honor to have you on the platform. Thanks for taking the time to share your story with us – to start, maybe you can share some of your backstory with our readers.
My name is Roger Bremmer Jr; it all started back in 2018 when my mom took us, my now business partner Ruben Diaz, to a real estate event. From Armando Montelongo here in Vegas, they piqued our interest into the creative real estate world. From there, we decided to do some more digging around and started following people like Cody Sperber, Ron Legrand, The Wolff Couple, and RJ Bates III, along with Steve Trang. I am now a Clever Investor student, Ron Legrand student, and the Wolff Couples student, I even signed up to the 2020 Closer Olympics, was an amazing event about closers, and that’s when I saw RJ Bates on there. After that, RJ did a challenge called the 50/50/50 challenge, where he called in all 50 states for 50 days to get 50 deals, and I followed Pace Morby when someone mentioned his name and started watching the Wholesale Hotline Podcast with Pace, Brent Daniels, and Jamil Damji I had already known who Key glee I tried getting a franchise before awhile back. So, my journey into the creative side of REI started. Around that time, my dad was the one helping me get started with the LLC formation of RjRebel Real Estate Investments and building the credit lines. In 2021 I lost my dad, and I had to find a place for my mom and us to stay. I ended up finding an apartment with my dad’s income and was approved. During all this, I applied for the PPP loan that was going around that time. After the 3rd try, I was approved for my Uber business I did in 2015-2019; I think after showing my dad I was approved it kind of gave a sense of everything would be alright with my mom when he was gone. So, I invested it into the Subto.com course from Pace Morby and joined his mastermind program in May 2021. We kept going out to the hospital to see our dad, who was putting up bandit signs early morning well, one of the neighbors was complaining to the management of the apartment complex, saying we were drug dealers, and by the time it came to my attention, it was too late and during covid, I tried explaining it to them, and they weren’t hearing it. Around that time, going thought the eviction process, we got a letter from our dad’s pension hall saying they owed him over 100,000 after we had lost him around April. It was split half between me brother and the other half to my mom, but she could get it in one lump sum or monthly payments; in the sub to group, I seen a guy Christian Hernandez had a sub to deal here in Vegas he was trying to sell, and it was on there for a couple months already I reached out and asked if it was still available and explained my situation to him. We ended up purchasing it in the company’s name with the funds from my mom’s side of her half of the settlement, still in the company’s portfolio today, and made it the new office. Almost lost it, but thanks to the sub to community, I ended up getting a $20,000 check to finish closing it. In 2022 we closed about 15-20 wholesale transactions in the Georgia area of Macon, Warner Robbins, and Valdosta. I currently took my brothers and my half and rolled it over to a self-directed IRA, and I ended up joining the Gator Method of Pace Morbys too, and in the process of using that to build a lending company to build more wealth with lending it out on small transactional loans, and less than 30-day EMD lending. Like double closes and that with all the regulation that well be coming.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not, what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
I lost my dad and had to find somewhere to live and got kicked out, and had days when no one wanted to do anything. And almost lost our first place we bought.
Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
I drove for dominoes as a pizza delivery guy and Lyft and Uber, Aswell as Papa Johns, and Amazon, and FedEx before getting into real estate.
Are there any apps, books, podcasts, blogs, or other resources you think our readers should check out?
