Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
It definitely hasn’t been a smooth road, and that’s part of what makes the journey so rewarding. Like many in real estate, the early days were challenging – long hours, countless rejections, and the constant pressure of building a business from the ground up.

One of the biggest hurdles was gaining trust and credibility in a highly competitive market. Starting out, it’s tough to stand out when you’re competing against seasoned agents with decades of experience. I had to prove myself quickly, which meant showing up every weekend for open houses, knocking on doors, and making hundreds of cold calls to generate leads.

There were also the financial strains that come with commission-based income. Early on, there were months where the pipeline felt dry, and every deal felt like a lifeline. Balancing the need to close deals with the desire to build long-term relationships was a constant challenge, but it taught me the importance of patience and persistence.

Managing client expectations and navigating the emotional rollercoaster of real estate transactions has also been a learning curve. Deals can fall apart at the last minute, inspections can reveal unexpected issues, and financing can get shaky – each situation tests your problem-solving skills and resilience.

Despite these struggles, I’ve learned to see challenges as opportunities for growth. The setbacks have made me a better agent, a stronger negotiator, and a more empathetic advisor to my clients. It’s this mindset that has helped me achieve over 110 transactions and surpass $65 million in total sales in just four years.

We’d love to hear about any fond memories you have from when you were growing up?
One of my favorite childhood memories was probably those endless summer days spent outside, where time seemed to stand still. I remember riding bikes with friends until the streetlights came on, playing soccer games at the local park, and building sandcastles at the beach. There was a freedom to those days – the kind where your only real worry was whether you’d hear your mom calling you home for dinner.

Looking back, those moments taught me the value of community and connection, qualities that have shaped how I approach my real estate career today. Just like those days of building castles and friendships, real estate is about creating something meaningful, being part of a community, and finding a place to call home.
