Good morning Joni, it’s such a great way to kick off the day – I think our readers will love hearing your stories, experiences and about how you think about life and work. Let’s jump right in? What’s more important to you—intelligence, energy, or integrity?
Integrity, because intelligence and energy are not the best show of a persons character.
Can you briefly introduce yourself and share what makes you or your brand unique?
I am a doctor of Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine, I utilize a holistic approach to treat pain and promote overall wellness, which emphasizes improved patient outcomes. I specializes in pain, orthopedic disorders, stress, anxiety, sexual health, facial acupuncture, and so much more.
I strive to assist my patients in improving their health and wellness, as well as reducing their pain long term.

Great, so let’s dive into your journey a bit more. What was your earliest memory of feeling powerful?
Around 2008 when I started a FB page called ALL WOMEN EMPOWERED.
I learned I had the power to control how I felt and wanted to teach other women they could too.
Positivity is strong energy.
What did suffering teach you that success never could?
Experience is the most valuable tool.
You can learn from books but nothing is more valuable than the experiences from life.

Dwelling on the past. Learn but don’t stay in a negative place because of what did or didn’t happen.
