Hi Alex, please kick things off for us with an introduction to yourself and your story.
We’re Alex and Anna, the founders of Tivorbox. Our journey started with a simple idea—how can we make trash cans and outdoor spaces look neat and stylish? Like many homeowners, we wanted something that wasn’t just useful, but also added beauty to our yard.
At first, it was just a personal project. We built a wooden enclosure for our own trash bins, and soon, friends and neighbors started noticing. They kept asking, “Where can I get one?” That’s when we realized we weren’t the only ones looking for a better solution. What started as a small project for ourselves quickly turned into something much bigger.
We believe that even everyday things—like trash cans—don’t have to be an eyesore. A storage box can be more than just functional. It can blend into your yard, complement your home, and even enhance the overall look of your space.
Every box we make is built with care. We choose strong, durable materials and use weatherproof finishes to ensure that each Tivorbox stays beautiful for years. We’re proud that our work helps people keep their outdoor areas neat without sacrificing style.
Today, Tivorbox continues to grow, reaching more customers who want to transform their yards with high-quality, custom-built trash bin enclosures. But no matter how much we expand, our goal remains the same—to create practical, stylish solutions that make everyday life just a little bit better.
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
It hasn’t always been a smooth road, but that’s part of the journey! When we first started Tivorbox, we didn’t expect how much work it would take to grow and perfect our products. We encountered several challenges along the way. One of the biggest obstacles was figuring out how to ship such a large product to our customers. We also realized that installation required a professional, which led us to establish partnerships with skilled installers in other cities.
Today, we’re still learning and growing, but we’ve definitely come a long way. We’ve figured out better ways to streamline our processes, and we’ve gained a lot of experience. We’re grateful for every step, even the tough ones, because they’ve helped us become who we are now!

How do you define success?
Success for us is when a customer looks at their new Tivorbox and says, ‘Wow, this is exactly what I needed!’ We aim for happy customers and smooth deliveries, but if we can manage to not trip over a toolbox while installing, that’s a success too! 😂
