Today we’d like to introduce you to Brook Triolo.
Hi Brook, thanks for joining us today. We’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
After working in a very well known coffee corporation for over 7 years & managing a team of over 40; I started to feel as if I was replaceable and didn’t feel valued there. So I started dreaming & planning on what my ideal coffee experience would be. A few months later I was presented the opportunity to open a brick and mortar cafe with an acquaintance & I poured everything I had into getting it open only for a year later it being ripped from me from a deceitful business partner. In dealing with this, I had learned how to be resilient and to not give up on my dreams. I thank God for giving me the husband that he did because he was able to completely remodel a used and beat up vintage trailer from Facebook marketplace and turn it into a beautiful coffee trailer that is now fully permitted and ready to serve my handcrafted recipes!
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
No, it has been anything but a smooth road. I had poured everything I had physically, mentally, & financially into creating this dream of mine (twice). The first cafe was ripped from but it didn’t break me. I thank God for giving me the resilience to keep going & my husband for believing in me enough to keep my dream alive.
Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know?
I am a mobile coffee trailer specializing in handcrafted beverages, homeade pastries & organic acai bowls!
We are ready to cater annd customize any event you may have and specialize in weddings, school functions, little league tournaments & work meetings! We are based in east county but are happy to travel to you!
I pride myself on being a bit of a coffee snob, which translates into getting one of the best cups of coffee you will ever try!
How do you think about happiness?
People & coffee!
I love what I do because I love interacting with people & getting to know them. Every single person has a story to tell, and I am so fortunate to be given this opportunity to hear them. I want to make people feel seen & valued while also handing them a cup of joy.
