We moved to San Diego in 2017 and found there was no where to really shop for quality furniture at affordable prices, and owning two furniture stores previously we decided to open D3 Home Modern Furniture.
D3 Home Modern Furniture sells contemporary, livable, Contract quality furniture with a focus on sustainability for your home and office. D3 Home represents manufacturers that work to curb the fast-furniture impact on our environment. D3 Home’s ECO-friendly brands follow manufacturing techniques that utilize materials with more sustainable sources and less harmful chemicals, from FSC-certified wood, Reclaimed wood, and recycled PET filling made from plastic bottles. Proving that Contract quality furniture doesn’t need to be basic and boring, D3 Home Modern Furniture offers high-quality designs at affordable prices.
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
It’s been rough road as a new business in a new city and then we headed into the COVID era creating new challenges and new business that helped us grow to current business.
