Today we’d like to introduce you to Dr. Nicolette.
Hi Dr. Nicolette, please kick things off for us with an introduction to yourself and your story.
My path has always been shaped by a fascination with how humans heal from a spiritual dimension, how human address initiations that come to them in life or health circumstances. I wanted to understand why some people break under life’s challenges while others rise into deeper self-realization. That curiosity took me into spirituality and occult studies early in life, searching for the invisible architecture behind the human experience.
Eventually, that search coupled with my passion for holistic healing became embodied through Traditional Chinese Medicine. I earned my doctorate and built a foundation in acupuncture, herbal medicine, structural bodywork, nervous system regulation, and trauma-informed emotional processing. Over time, my clinical work evolved naturally into what I now recognize as my true calling: guiding people through mental, emotional, and spiritual causes of disease so their physical healing becomes lasting and meaningful.
Today, I serve clients from a multidimensional lens. Pain is rarely just physical. Anxiety isn’t just in the mind. Disconnection doesn’t just happen in relationships. The body is a map. Symptoms are signals. My work is helping people interpret those signals, transmute what hurts, and activate what’s possible.
I walk clients through healing experiences that connect breath, body, belief, memory, and narrative. This is the space where the inner healer wakes up. This is where people remember they are powerful.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
This path has felt mythic and exceptionally challenging at times. Earlier this year, when I made the decision to stop accepting insurance, I thought I was stepping into an easier, more abundant flow. But what actually happened was a descent into the belly of the whale. Without the familiar structure of a constantly full schedule and insurance payouts, I had to face every scarcity belief and ancestral pattern I had inherited around worth, money, and survival.
It was a spiritual initiation into my own medicine.
I learned that I wasn’t losing abundance. I was shedding the illusion that exhaustion and conformity were required for it. For generations, my family has lived in a pattern of “just barely enough,” and in saying no to a system that undervalued my work, I confronted that story head-on. I had to choose, every day, to trust that alignment itself is a magnet for what is meant for me.
There were moments when life felt surreal—when everything I relied on dissolved. But that dissolution carved space for my truth.
I no longer see myself as simply an acupuncturist or massage therapist. I am known to myself and others as a healing artist.
The modalities I use—acupuncture, massage, herbal medicine, energy work—are the paintbrushes. The artwork is the transformation that takes place within a human being who finally sees themselves clearly. In my practice, I work with my clients on the masterpiece of their life by co-creating a narrative and beliefs which are the most useful for them to achieve their goals in healing and in their larger life.
As I stepped forward into my true identity, clients began trusting me with the most sacred passages of their lives—birth and postpartum repair, heartbreak and relationship evolution, grief and death transitions, identity unraveling, existential crisis. I now hold space for people at the thresholds: dissolving what no longer serves and awakening the healer within.
It is profound, vulnerable, humbling work. And I feel deeply honored to facilitate it.

Om Kinetics is my healing arts studio in Bankers Hill, San Diego.
Here, healing is not framed as “getting fixed.” It is an alchemical process: integrating the body’s signals, deepening self-awareness, and transforming patterns that limit our expression of life.
What sets my work apart is the integration of energetic and esoteric frameworks into legitimate clinical care. I use the chakra system diagnostically, along with pulse and tongue findings, nervous system assessment, and emotional pattern mapping. A session with me may include acupuncture, bodywork, herbal support, intuitive coaching, spiritual guidance, and somatic processing. Clients don’t just feel better. They understand what is happening within them and why.
My clients tend to be people who have tried many things and haven’t arrived at the core of the issue. Together we address what the body remembers and what the heart has been holding. We rebuild personal authorship, identity integrity, and a felt connection to purpose.
I offer multiple pathways depending on someone’s readiness and goals which all begin with an Onboarding Session with Treatment for those beginning a deeper healing journey. I also offer esoteric education as part of my healing modalities which include branded spiritual coaching sessions such as Dialogue with Divinity to speak with your guides or Essential Expression for those wishing to communicate their feelings and needs more powerfully. I also offer Mirror Medicine, constructive soundboarding for those working through identity, intuition, and emotional embodiment
My work is about helping people live from the truth of who they are, not from the beliefs they inherited.
What makes you happy?
What makes me happiest is getting to live the life I feel I was made for. When I am guiding someone through a breakthrough—when I witness them reclaim a part of themselves they thought was lost—that lights up something ancient in me. Facilitating healing is not just my career. It is my creative expression. It is the art form my soul chose.
Supporting my clients’ transformation gives me the freedom to pursue my own passions as well. I am happiest when I’m weaving all parts of who I am together—being an esoteric scholar, creating music that shifts consciousness, exploring sacred sites around the world, and bringing those initiations back home to share.
My joy comes from living on-purpose:
helping others heal while continually expanding my own borders of meaning, creativity, and experience.
I feel the most fulfilled when my work and my art feed each other—when being in service becomes a form of self-expression, and when the abundance that flows from helping others allows me to keep growing, creating, and contributing to a more awakened world.
