Exploring Life & Business with Elmira Arthur of Flumen Fia

Today we’d like to introduce you to Elmira Arthur

Hi Elmira, thanks for joining us today. We’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
For years, I navigated a successful global career—advising executives, managing businesses, and excelling in high-level support roles. On the surface, I was thriving. Yet beneath it all, a persistent sadness followed me, rooted in childhood trauma and years of unresolved depression. No amount of determination or professional achievement could shake it.
I explored every avenue—breaking habits, deep self-inquiry, therapy, and psychoanalysis. While these methods offered insight, they never reached the core of the issue. Everything changed when I discovered regression therapy. In a single transformative session, I experienced a level of healing that years of traditional approaches hadn’t touched.
Determined to find high-quality Regression therapy, I was met with a gap—mental health is prioritized, yet profound subconscious methodologies like this remain overlooked. This realization led me to my true work: not just redefining Regression therapy but evolving it entirely. I created Regression-Progressive Therapy—an advanced, multidimensional approach that moves beyond the outdated original model, making it accessible to those seeking more than symptom management—those ready to resolve their struggles at the source.

My mission with Flumen Fia is not just to guide people through Regression-Progressive Therapy but to shift the narrative around it. This isn’t about rejecting conventional methods—it’s about integrating them with deeper, more direct ways of accessing the subconscious, where the answers already exist. For those lost in cycles of anxiety, addiction, or depression, I offer an alternative—not another course, not another round of trial and error, but a path to genuine resolution.

I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
One of the biggest struggles is the misconception and prejudice surrounding subconscious healing and Regression-Progressive Therapy. It is still often viewed as something shamanic, unconventional, or inconclusive.
Many people have a one-sided perception, and too often, it is approached as an unstructured dive into past experiences, skipping the essential step of processing unresolved emotions in the present. While past-life exploration is a part of it, it is only a small element.

A crucial part of this work is clearing mental and emotional clutter first. Without that foundation, past-life work or deep subconscious exploration can be misleading—or even counterproductive. That’s why traditional Regression Therapy, as it’s commonly practiced, is outdated. If we don’t first clear the false narratives and emotional weight we carry now, we risk missing the point entirely.

Additionally, Regression-Progressive Therapy is frequently confused with hypnosis. While both work with the subconscious mind, Regression-Progressive Therapy focuses on uncovering the root causes of trauma, working towards understanding and completely shifting your frame of reference to lead to emotional healing—without requiring deep trance states, and allowing you to be fully in control of the session.

Thanks for sharing that. So, maybe next you can tell us a bit more about your business?

The Idiot by Dostoevsky
Divine Comedy by Dante, and I very much enjoyed the biography of Leonardo da Vinci by Walter Isaacson.
