Alright, so thank you so much for sharing your story and insight with our readers. To kick things off, can you tell us a bit about how you got started?
My name is Giorgia Mondani, and I come from a family that has been involved in the world of luxury watches for decades. Growing up surrounded by this industry gave me a deep appreciation for craftsmanship, history, and collecting.
Over the years, I decided to build my own path by combining my passion for watches with communication and entrepreneurship. Today, I am the founder of Giorgia Mondani Agency, where we help companies grow through strategic communication, content creation, events, and networking. I also continue to work alongside Mondani Web, one of the leading international networks of trusted watch dealers.
Through social media, interviews, and events, my goal is to make the world of fine watchmaking more accessible while connecting people, brands, and businesses. I believe that behind every great watch there is a story—and behind every successful business, there are relationships built on trust.
I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
One of the biggest challenges I faced was working in the luxury watch industry, which has traditionally been very male-dominated. Early on, I sometimes had to work harder to gain credibility. Instead of seeing that as a disadvantage, I used it as motivation to prepare more, learn continuously, and always deliver value.

What were you like growing up?
I grew up in Genova, Italy and played tennis professionally until i was 19. thanks to this sport i had the chance to travel all around the world to play tournaments.
i graduated at the university of languages in Genova and then moved for almost two years to Geneva Switzerland before going back to italy and joining the family business
