Today we’d like to introduce you to Leslie Moseley.
Hi Leslie, please kick things off for us with an introduction to yourself and your story.
After recently relocating back to my hometown of Richmond, Virginia, I launched Ladies Golf Too—a beginner-friendly women’s golf community created to empower and connect women through the game of golf. What started as a personal desire to learn the sport quickly evolved into a growing community for women of all backgrounds looking to build confidence on and off the green.
In addition to my passion for golf, I am a dedicated Real Estate Agent serving the Atlanta and Richmond markets, committed to helping clients achieve their homeownership goals with personalized service. I also serve as a TV host for the 2x Emmy-nominated national show The American Dream, where I showcase inspiring local stories, lifestyle, and real estate across the Richmond area.
Whether I’m on the golf course, on screen, or helping clients find their dream home, my mission is to connect, uplift, and create impactful experiences rooted in community.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
The journey hasn’t been without its challenges—but that’s where the growth happens. As a woman navigating both entrepreneurship and leadership, there were times I struggled to find my lane. Early in my life and career, I often questioned where I fit and how to align my passions with purpose.
But through every setback, I gained clarity. Life’s challenges pushed me to grow, build resilience, and embrace my unique path. Today, I’m proud to stand as a woman in business—growing a real estate brand, hosting a nationally recognized TV show, and building inclusive spaces like Ladies Golf Too that empower other women to show up boldly.
I’ve learned that obstacles are really just opportunities in disguise—and I carry that mindset into everything I do.
We’ve been impressed with Ladies Golf Too, but for folks who might not be as familiar, what can you share with them about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
Ladies Golf Too is more than a golf group—it’s a vibrant, beginner-friendly community designed to empower women through the game of golf. Based in Richmond, Virginia, we specialize in creating inclusive, welcoming experiences for women who are brand new to golf or looking to build confidence on the course.
What sets us apart is our intentional focus on community over competition. We make learning golf approachable, stylish, and fun—no pressure, just progress. From casual clinics and social events to partnerships with local businesses and golf pros, our mission is to make golf accessible and enjoyable for every woman, regardless of age or background.
Brand-wise, I’m most proud of the culture we’ve created. Ladies Golf Too isn’t just about improving your swing—it’s about elevating your mindset, expanding your network, and finding joy in trying something new. We’re known for being the most diverse women’s golf community in the Richmond area, and we’re proud to represent a fresh, empowering take on the sport.
Whether you’re relocating to Richmond and looking to connect, or you’ve been here for years and are ready to finally pick up a club, Ladies Golf Too is your invitation to show up as you are—and grow from there.
Can you talk to us a bit about happiness and what makes you happy?
My daughter brings me the greatest joy. Watching her grow into such a bold, resilient, and compassionate young woman inspires me daily. She’s unafraid to stand up for what she believes in and to advocate for others—a quality that I deeply admire and one I strive to model in my own life and work.
What truly moves me is how grounded she is in her faith. That foundation gives her a sense of strength and direction that I know will serve as her compass as she navigates life. Her courage, clarity, and heart remind me of why I do what I do—whether it’s building community through Ladies Golf Too, guiding clients in real estate, or using my voice through media. She’s my “why,” and the legacy I hope to leave.
