Today we’d like to introduce you to Logan Henry.
Hi Logan, so excited to have you on the platform. So before we get into questions about your work-life, maybe you can bring our readers up to speed on your story and how you got to where you are today?
I began my career in Real Estate on the servicing side of the business, working for the banks directly where I would assist homeowners with repayment plans, loan modifications, and short sales. After excelling for several years, I changed pace and became an REO Asset Manager. From gaining the knowledge and enjoyment of working with a large network of Real Estate agents, it was during this time I became very passionate and intrigued by the idea of selling Real Estate.
With the experience and the understanding of the consumer’s needs as well as the knowledge acquired over the last two decades, I moved to Residential Real Estate, joined Coldwell Banker Realty, and I have since started his own Real Estate Group.
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall, and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
It hasn’t been a smooth road, there is no ceiling in Real Estate, but there is also no floor. (Credit to Brian Buffini) This isn’t a job that you can go half in on and make a long-term career out of it. There are bumps and bruises along the way, but it makes you a strong person and agent for clients.
