Hi Michelle, it’s an honor to have you on the platform. Thanks for taking the time to share your story with us – to start maybe you can share some of your backstories with our readers.
At any given moment you have the power to say, “This is not how the story is going to end.” I always envisioned becoming an entrepreneur but lacked the confidence to begin. During the course of last year, I have dedicated my time embarking on my journey in order to fulfill my goals. Investing in my dream has been challenging yet extremely rewarding in all aspects if my life. I decided to open glampire to establish a successful future. I have always been a leader and becoming my own boss has always been a dream of mine. Pursuing this dream gave me motivation to execute and elevate my own business in order to reach new heights of success. I decided to go the entrepreneurial route because it was time to chase my dreams and fulfill my passion. I wanted to make an impact on my local community by building a safe haven for my peers to look and feel their best in order to confidently conquer their worlds.
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way? Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
Starting your Own business is a huge leap of faith. It requires you to push out of your comfort zone. I anticipated I would encounter several financial hardships due to lack of established clientele and dealing with competition, especially when your business is up against larger companies with vast tools and resources. However, I did not anticipate encountering an entrepreneurial burnout. As a business owner, having to wear all the hats can become mentally and emotionally draining but in the midst of uncertainty, it is extremely important to prioritize the sustainability of my efforts and embrace the uncertainty, allowing it to lead me to places of personal growth.

I show these values by applying self-confidence directly to the face with a touch of glampire in order to enhance and effectively reveal something unique about their inner self.
