Hi Priscila, we’re thrilled to have a chance to learn your story today. So, before we get into specifics, maybe you can briefly walk us through how you got to where you are today?
From a young age, I’ve had an entrepreneurial mindset, always curious and eager to learn. By the age of 12, I was already creating and selling handmade jewelry, homemade artisan soap, Brazilian sweets, and more. My mom, my biggest inspiration, would always recognize my efforts and often say I’d make a great businesswoman one day. Her words stuck with me as I grew up, motivating me to pursue my dreams.
After earning my Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with Summa Cum Laude honors and gaining work experience in different roles, I continued to search for the perfect opportunity to start my own business. During the pandemic, I decided to relocate from Miami to San Diego and accepted a Marketing Manager position at Nova Kombucha. I took on various responsibilities, including working with the social media team, assisting with content production initiatives, managing marketing campaigns, handling online sales, organizing events, and more. These experiences allowed me to build meaningful connections and expand my industry knowledge, motivating me to pursue my lifelong dream. It was then that I decided to take a leap of faith and start my first real business venture with two partners. Although we gained valuable experience together, the partnership wasn’t the right fit, leading me to take another big step in November 2022: going solo and launching Voilà Creative Agency.
We started as a small team with big dreams, focusing on delivering exceptional social media management and content creation services. Through dedication, hard work, and a relentless pursuit of excellence, Voilà has grown into a thriving agency known for its creative and personalized approach and its commitment to our clients’ success. Today, we proudly work with over 20 renowned restaurants & cafes in San Diego County, helping them elevate their brand presence with strategy and high-quality content.
Starting Voilà Creative Agency has been a dream come true, and it’s just the beginning of an exciting journey. Every day is an opportunity to create something incredible, and I couldn’t be more excited about what’s next for us!

The journey has been incredibly rewarding, but not without its challenges. Every entrepreneur knows the struggle – dealing with imposter syndrome, fearing failure, trying to find that perfect work-life balance, and figuring out how to delegate effectively. Growing a business in a highly competitive market requires a mindset that combines resilience, vision, and adaptability. Luckily, I’ve been very fortunate to have amazing partners, collaborators, and team members who have joined or helped us get to where we are today! Each challenge and setback has been a valuable learning experience, contributing to our growth and success. This is just the beginning for us!
