Robert Cooke is the founder of CCS Executive Suites. CCS Executive Suites provides local office space to small business owners, entrepreneurs, student commuters and on the goers. With new ventures always on the horizon and more locations coming, he is a pioneer in technology, utilizing the latest in platforms, which advances the coworking industry allowing small businesses to continue to thrive with less overhead. He is a dedicated entrepreneur and an active business owner who continually networks with and supports other small businesses in the community.
I’m sure you wouldn’t say it’s been obstacle free, but so far would you say the journey has been a fairly smooth road?
Starting and growing CCS Executive Suites during a pandemic was a little stressful at first, but we saw the vision and the resources and offices we provide was exactly what this region needed after getting used to not driving into the big offices. See your vision through and make small changes along the way to adapt and give the public what they need and value.

We love our community and strive to create a positive and comfortable working environment for all those that need an office to do business and thrive. We have intentionally created a classier and cleaner environment in our suites, so that you will be excited and proud to have your clients meet you at your office. We support those small businesses in the area that need a physical address outside of their personal residence. We also welcome employees of larger companies that just don’t want to commute to their corporate offices anymore, but need a more professional environment instead of working on a TV tray in their living room. For those that don’t need a formal setting, but would like to use one of our lounge areas or our conference rooms, we have created a social club. This is an affordable solution to get out of the regular four walled offices and use one of our beautiful lounges, enjoy some networking, and join us on a frequent social outing to get connected with other like minded professionals in the community. Make sure to contact us if you are interested in one of our suites or the social club as they are in high demand and usually have a waiting list.
Are there any important lessons you’ve learned that you can share with us?
I have learned to always be ready to make small changes to offer the best that people desire. You may have a vision about what that looks like, but don’t be afraid to constantly make small changes if things don’t work out in the beginning.
