Hi Scarlet, we’re thrilled to have a chance to learn your story today. So, before we get into specifics, maybe you can briefly walk us through how you got to where you are today?
I began my nursing career in the Neonatal ICU while also working at a quint doctor’s office as an Aesthetic Injector. During this time, my enthusiasm for aesthetic medicine grew, leading me to shift from bedside nursing to providing injections at a prestigious medical spa in San Diego.
Living in Temecula, the commute to San Diego grew increasingly challenging, causing me to miss significant moments in my children’s teenage years. I began to ponder; wouldn’t it be great to work closer to home? What began as an idea transformed into a business aspiration, allowing me the flexibility to set my own hours and experience the fulfillment of being my own boss. In June 2024, I launched NaturalGlo Aesthetics in Temecula, CA.
From the outset of my nursing journey, I actively sought mentorship from leading industry injectors and remain dedicated to continuous learning and refining my techniques. I am currently pursuing my family nurse practitioner degree, with a strong commitment to enhancing my skills in this field.
My vision for my solo med spa is to establish a space for individuals seeking a provider who emphasizes subtle treatments that yield beautifully natural-looking results. Prioritizing safety above all, I am committed to delivering results that complement your unique features, while elevating your confidence and enhancing your natural glow.
I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
The greatest challenge was taking the leap to become an entrepreneur. I often battled thoughts of self-doubt, questioning, “What if this doesn’t go as planned?” “What if I’m not capable?” and “What if I don’t attract any patients?” Despite my fears, I realized that if I wanted to pursue a different path in life, I needed to step outside my comfort zone. This decision has truly been one of the best choices I’ve ever made, and I am grateful every day for the support of my husband and children.

I’m a Capricorn lol In all seriousness, I believe my “go-getter” mentality and perfectionist nature are key qualities that contribute to my success.
