My name is Stephanie Rivas, and I’m thrilled to share the story of SD Glam Cam Photo Booth. It all started in 2023, when, as a young entrepreneur and mother of a teenage son, I embarked on a quest to find a truly exceptional photo booth for his birthday party. The options available fell short of my expectations, lacking the customization, quality, and overall aesthetic I envisioned. This disappointment sparked an idea: I would create a photo booth experience that surpassed anything else on the market.
This wasn’t just a business venture for me; it was an opportunity to collaborate closely with my son, sharing my entrepreneurial journey and business acumen with him – a legacy I hope will benefit him well into the future. Together, we poured our hearts into building SD Glam Cam. We focused on providing clients with a premium, customizable photo booth experience featuring professional-grade lighting, a wide selection of fun and stylish props, and a sleek, modern design. We wanted to create an experience that was not only fun and memorable but also visually stunning.
It’s been an incredible year, filled with the joy of bringing smiles to countless faces at parties, corporate events, and celebrations of all kinds. The overwhelming positive response has been the best reward, fueling our passion and solidifying our commitment to providing an exceptional photo booth service. Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
Balancing a corporate job, real estate, family, and my photo booth business has been challenging. However, a year in, meeting hundreds of clients makes it all worthwhile. While competition exists, I believe each business offers a unique element, allowing for collective growth.
