Hi Veronica, we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
My journey first started within property management in Chicago, managing A+ class buildings while I completed my degree at DePaul University. I realized quickly how important generational wealth played in my family’s full picture. My mission was to create a life for my two sons, Dominic and Jordan, where I could pass the baton on to them. I became a full-time realtor, which was a game changer in California. The fear in knowing my failure meant we couldn’t eat; fueled my passion towards success. Since then, I’ve been serving my community as a guide to begin their generational wealth journey.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not, what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
I’d love to exaggerate how smooth the journey has been, but quite frankly, nothing worth having comes with ease. But what I will say is that the good Lord sent me influential, kind associates & friends my way. Their patience for my never-ending work ethic and encouragement gave me insight for what was to come! I get rejected over 100 times a day while remaining resilient for that 1. YES! My advice, fail forward and understand the journey is meant to be slow. There are too many people with the haste to be there fast; trust steady wins the race.
Appreciate you sharing that. What should we know about V Lux Enterprises LLC?
V Lux Enterprises originated in 2015 as a Car Dealership in San Diego. Then we added the real estate, Loan signing notary, and wedding officiant services element to the mix. My goal is to reach people at every major chapter in life. We provide resources for the community to improve their journey towards home ownership. I’m known for taking on challenging situations and providing the resources or housing for those in need. I’d say what sets my company apart from others is that we are vested in your dream from start and by showing up consistently for my clientele. I’m proud that each passing year brings people from all walks and areas of life to reminisce how our time together improved their quality of life by solely giving them the chance to thrive. We want the world to think of us when purchasing/selling or learning about real estate at SAKK REALTY. Generational wealth is attainable; all you need is the ambition and commitment to your goals.
Any big plans?
Our mission is to work towards real estate development in opportunity-zoned areas in California. I’m looking forward to obtaining the government contracts and working alongside groups like Black San Diego.
