Hidden Gems: Meet Alejandra Crisafulli of Decide to Heal

Today we’d like to introduce you to Alejandra Crisafulli.

Hi alejandra , we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
I started my journey as a coach a little over 22 years ago—back when most people didn’t even know what “life coaching” was. At the time, I was a brand-new mom, raising my daughter on my own after her father left us. I was in therapy for feeling stupid, not enough, and completely lost. And while therapy gave me space to talk, it didn’t give me the healing I was craving. Deep down I knew there had to be another way.
That’s when I stumbled into life coaching. Looking back, it was 100% a God thing—even though I wouldn’t come into relationship with Him until 16 years later. Coaching gave me tools to rebuild my confidence and start helping others, and before long I had built a thriving business purely from referrals and speaking engagements.
Around that same time, I met my now husband. Together, we co-founded a multimillion-dollar coffee company in Southern California, all while I continued to grow my high-performing coaching business.
But here’s the real turning point: even after all the success, I realized self-help tools only got me so far. The moment I surrendered to God was the moment everything changed. My business, my marriage, my motherhood, my coaching—it all took on a depth I had never experienced before.
Now, I get to blend over two decades of coaching experience with the wisdom God has walked me through. And nothing lights me up more than helping high-achieving women—especially those burned out and stuck in people-pleasing—finally heal at the root, instead of just “dealing” with their struggles.

Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
Yes and no. I believe life is a journey, and every challenge carries a blessing if you’re willing to see it. Over the last 22 years, I’ve been through a lot—both personally and professionally.
One of my earliest struggles was building my business without social media. Back then, everything was word of mouth, referrals, and live speaking engagements. It worked, but it took years of persistence and a lot of grit. And then, years later, I had to learn how to pivot into the online space, which stretched me in new ways.
Another turning point was when I gave my life to God. Shifting my brand and message to reflect my faith was not easy. Some clients didn’t understand. Some disconnected. For a while, it felt like I was rebuilding from scratch. But the truth is, I wouldn’t trade that season for anything. It refined me. It taught me who I am—and who I’m not.
Looking back, the road hasn’t always been smooth, but every struggle carved out the woman I am today. And I can say with full confidence—every detour was necessary for the mission I get to walk in now.

As you know, we’re big fans of Decide to Heal . For our readers who might not be as familiar what can you tell them about the brand?
I’m the creator of The 180 Method® and the founder of the Decide to Heal™ program. At its core, my work is about helping women stop dealing with their pain and finally start healing at the root.
For over 22 years, I’ve coached more than 5,000 clients around the world—many of them high-achieving women who are exhausted from burnout, stuck in people-pleasing, or rising out of toxic relationships. What sets my work apart is that I don’t just hand people another tool or affirmation to manage their struggles. I teach them how to heal the subconscious patterns, emotional wounds, and identity distortions that are actually driving their behaviors.
The 180 Method® is built on neuroscience, emotional intelligence, and faith. It integrates the science of the amygdala and nervous system with a spiritual process of surrendering to God. I believe true transformation happens when you bring both together—healing the human and reconnecting to the divine. That’s why my clients often say this is the last self-help method they’ll ever need.
Brand-wise, I’m most proud that The 180 Method® has grown beyond me. I now certify other coaches in the method, so this work can reach even more people in need of healing and wholeness. What started as my personal mission has become a movement.
Our offerings range from digital programs like Decide to Heal™, to live group coaching, private 1:1 coaching, and our Certified 180 Method® Life Coach training. Whether someone is just beginning their healing journey or ready to step into leadership and coaching themselves, we have a path for them.
If there’s one thing I want readers to know, it’s this: you don’t have to stay stuck in cycles of burnout, people-pleasing, or shame. Healing is possible. And when you choose to heal, you don’t just change your life—you change every relationship, every business, and every legacy you touch.

If we knew you growing up, how would we have described you?
Fun, out going, courageous, bold – Alejandra would do it mentality whatever that it was I was for it. I was also a professional ballet dancer up until the age of 18.
