Hidden Gems: Meet Jaime Haas of Jaime B Haas

Today we’d like to introduce you to Jaime Haas. Them and their team share their story with us below:

Jaime grew up believing she would be saved by something (or rather, someone) outside of herself. But, as life went on, things didn’t exactly work out that way.

After countless failed relationships and unsuccessful job experiences in her twenties and early thirties, she found herself single and hopeless. Where was this prince charming her father promised her as a child? She entered into a self-destructive cycle of drugs and alcohol to cope with the emptiness and nearly died because of her addictions. At the age of 32, she found herself sitting in a room with her family, being the star of an intervention, urged to finally get sober and get her life together.

Jaime threw herself into recovery and hasn’t looked back since.

By the time she was 40, she had completed a decade of 12-step programs, in addition to the years of personal work on herself including therapy, dating seminars, all kinds of self-help literature, practicing yoga, visiting healers, astrologers, you name it.

Yet still, Jaime was unfulfilled and stuck in many areas of her life. After all that work, she still hadn’t gotten what she wanted. Her relationship and career dreams still hadn’t come true. And deep down she was angry and frustrated with herself, her upbringing father, and the world.

However, this time instead of channeling her disappointment into drugs and alcohol she focused on going on a journey to heal and transform herself. She discovered chasing healing through external fixes (i.e., getting married, more money, new job) would not bring the lasting change she wanted.

So, she dug deeper than ever. Took the best elements from different practices to develop a ‘secret sauce’ of sorts and her own divine guidance — and it worked. Through healing and transformation, she created the path to permanently heal and manifest her dreams.

Over the next few years, she broke through and moved past what was holding her back. She did finally get married at 44 with a man she loved and to her surprise, got pregnant at the age of 45 (a desire she has had her entire life) in her dream home in Los Angeles. At 46, she began being a guide to walk others through the model for transformation she developed (another heart’s desire).

We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
Absolutely not. A lot of challenges which I like to call growth. I started my business when my son was 4 months old with one person at my house at 8 pm on the couch in my living room. Making $50 for 1.5 hours. From there many more just came. My workbook which is my method was complete but needed distilling and streamlining to make it work in 1 hour. I was blessed with getting help along the way. learning all the aspects of running my own business and learning how to do many things that were not learned in my last career of fashion. However, I was willing. There were struggles and challenges with discernment of clients and people I hired. Which helped me so much. More to work on within myself. The more I work on myself the more I have to offer my clients. How to grow my business and help more people. I have been blessed that I have never advertised and I have been consistently busy from the start. People witness the change in my clients and want to know what they did. Being a mother of a young child and running a household was also part of the challenge of balance and how am I gonna do this??? I only had minimal time for the first 4 1/2 years and still, my schedule is contingent on my son. I have been able to raise my fees, work with many people, doing groups, and solidify and streamline my master workbooks. Do the behind-the-scenes business stuff and today I am able to hire a team of people to help me so that I can reach more people and bring more solutions and healing

Great, so let’s talk business. Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
I am called The Soul Surgeon. I have a method and a workbook.

I have a proven method with concrete solutions, there is definitive path with exact actions and solutions, there is a beginning, middle, and an end to the process as well as ongoing support or advanced level work. I focus on the negative thinking and behaviors that you are doing that is keeping you stuck and reliving unwanted pain. WE go back to mom and dad and any other person of pain to find the exact thinking and behaviors you are doing as a result of this pain. I can show you how you are still playing it out today. In being able to find exactly what you are doing that is the problem, I can show you exactly what to do to make change from the inside out. We reprogram your thinking and change behaviors as well as heal. Then we manifest your dreams. Because when you are in a state of woundedness, you will continue to bring in people and situations to bring you back to the core pain, so by working my method you can now manifest from a healed and healthy place. I am also very spiritual and teach that in my method I am not woo woo but from a practical grounded place and I wear black, not white lol so I am bringing God and spirituality in a very different way that is digestible and welcomed by my clients from a very different vantage point I help them connect to their inner guidance and intuition

What makes you happy?
Helping others, I love watching my clients go from hopeless to hopeful and then to great transformation!! I love watching my clients change and live their best authentic most aligned life. I love watching them go from low self-worth to loving themselves and in their power! And I love when their dreams come true, small and big. I love helping to make positive changes. What also makes me happy is being with my son and my dogs and being able to do fun things I enjoy.
