Today we’d like to introduce you to Joey Leisz.
Joey, we appreciate you taking the time to share your story with us today. Where does your story begin?
I first got started in real estate back when I was a toddler, my Dad was in the business and would make me tag along for showings & appointments. Fast forward almost 30 years and here I am having been in the business now 9 years. I’ve been active between north San Diego county and south Orange County, and am closing in on nearly $70,000,000+ sold .
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
The first few years in the business I was trying to be like everyone else. Slacks. Dress shoes. Polos. It took me some time to find my niche, but the last 4-5 years have been incredible. I’m grateful to work alongside some amazing investors and clients.
