Hi Dr. Kahle, we’re thrilled to have a chance to learn your story today. So, before we get into specifics, maybe you can briefly walk us through how you got to where you are today.
My name is Dr. Kristin Kahle. I am a woman, business owner, daughter, sister, wife, doggie mom… And also, a person who is always wondering: How can we improve this? It’s a question that can be used in every aspect of life. But I do it the most over businesses. Because if we can make every process shorter and easier, then we could use more time to put our hands on other tasks and projects.
I started my journey on my family’s business. As a kid, I always knew I wanted to work in the same field that my dad did. As I studied to become a professional, I realized how hard it was for American employers and employees to understand their duties, requirements, rights, opportunities, etc.
That lack of information made me curious. And right after reading and processing all the ACA details, I was shocked. I realized there was an opportunity for me, as a professional, to guide others and propose solutions on this subject.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not, what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
The biggest struggle is the necessity to always keep track of updates. Many times per year, the ACA changes, sometimes for best, some other times not so much. But it’s always challenging to understand how those updates could affect our clients and their employees.

Every day, my team and I are looking for ways to improve our system. How can it work better? Faster? How can we optimize our process? To reduce the gap for mistakes? I would love to always have the answers to these questions, and that’s the change we’re always facing.
